Adrian Tinoco serves as the Practice Business Coordinator for the Starner Group, where he focuses on enhancing team efficiency, improving productivity, and leveraging AI and modern technology to streamline operations. He leads initiatives that automate manual workflows, strengthen internal systems, and support a smoother, more scalable client service experience.
Having been part of the Starner Group for over a decade, Adrian also contributes to financial planning operations, marketing strategy, and client communications. He collaborates closely on strategic initiatives across the practice and is a key resource for optimizing processes and integrating innovative tools.
A native of Key Biscayne, Florida, Adrian earned a B.A. in Visual Effects from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Master of Finance from Florida International University.
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys fishing, sports, traveling, and spending time with family.
