Jessica manages the Starner Group practice, overseeing operations, strategic planning, client service, and team development. With more than a decade of experience, she has evolved from managing day-to-day client needs to shaping and enhancing the team’s overall client service model. Throughout her career, Jessica has remained deeply committed to delivering a consistently high level of service and ensuring every client experience is thoughtful, seamless, and personalized.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and her Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida.
A Florida native, Jessica has called South Florida home for over 15 years. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family. She is also a devoted Disney enthusiast and the proud mom of two wonderful children, Leah and Joshua.
