A member of The Starner Group since 1997, Scott Weingarden focuses on investment planning, portfolio design and maintenance, and portfolio manager research. As a Starner Group client, you’ll work with Scott to develop an investment portfolio that is unique to your needs – and focused on meeting the goals that you established during the financial planning process. On an ongoing basis, Scott will evaluate your investment plan to ensure it remains consistent with your goals and risk tolerance – and recommend changes when necessary.

Scott is Series 7, 66 and insurance licensed and received the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the College for Financial Planning. He also holds a Certified Investment Management Analyst™ designation, earned at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott completed his political science degree at the University of Michigan and his law degree at the University of Miami. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Financial Planning Association, the University of Michigan Alumni Association and is a Young President of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation.

In his free time, Scott enjoys golfing, watching Michigan sports from the warmth of his Miami home, and spending time with his wife, Melissa, and sons, Jesse and Dylan.
