As an international relations major, Krystine never expected to end up in finance. But after joining Raymond James – her first job out of college – at 22, she fell in love with financial planning and decided to pursue a career in advising.
Over the next five years, Krystine earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ designation and the Certified Financial Planner® professional certification. She also earned her graduate degree from the University of Miami, studying at night and on weekends while working full-time.
Now, as a senior financial planning consultant, Krystine speaks to clients every day, providing meaningful guidance and personalized strategies.
She particularly enjoys guiding families through life’s major transitions and preparing the next generation for wealth. Helping families talk about – and even bond over – money, can be difficult... but these meetings always have a transformative impact and never feel like work for Krystine.
She is also committed to advancing financial literacy and wellness in her community, which she believes is an indispensable skill in today's world.
Born in Miami, Krystine is a first-generation American born to Cuban immigrants. She is fluent in both English and Spanish – a product not only of being Hispanic, but also of having studied abroad in Spain multiple times.
Krystine is passionate about seeing the world through travel and recently fulfilled her goal of visiting Japan. She is fascinated with Asian cultures and watches more television in Asian languages than in English. She’s also an avid tennis player, voracious reader, and proud cat mom to her beloved Yoshi.
